Diether Krebs - Der Größte

In honor of one of Germany's greatest comedians: Diether Krebs would have turned 75 on 11 August. In this documentary, Iris Berben remembers her congenial partner from the comedy series "Sketchup", who died far too early in 2000 at the age of just 52. The film shows the most important stages in Diether Krebs' artistic career, but also provides very private insights into his life beyond the spotlight, a life in which he did not always make it easy for himself and in which he had to struggle with personal crises time and again.
