Animal caretaker Hans-Erik works at an animal shelter and is stuck in the comfortable routine of everyday life. But when the shelter is suddenly sold, he has to urgently seek help from career coach Mona to save his job. Meeting Mona turns everything upside down for Hans-Erik, and he realizes that there may be something more important than his job.
