While crossing the desert near the Mexican border, a pregnant immigrant winds up getting captured by an American vigilante. Bound and confined to his truck bed, she finds herself being hauled away to an unknown destination and must figure out a way to free herself from her bindings. In an unexpected turn of events, her captor learns more about the true nature of the woman he holds hostage.
